Dr. Zina Pierre is the founding President & CEO of Reyarp Strategies Group, LLC (RSG), a full-service, woman minority-owned business located in the DMV.
For the past 19 years in business, Dr. Pierre has secured a diverse clientele from across the globe. She is a well-known bridge-builder and intersectionality strategist fostering alliances between government, corporate, union, and non-profit. Dr. Pierre's background prior to launching her business spans over 20 years in television broadcast, Federal government service, and National politics. She concluded her Federal career as Special Assistant to the President for Intergovernmental Affairs under President Bill Clinton. She holds a Ph.D. in Politics from Catholic and Religious Philosophy from Tabernacle Bible College and Seminary. Completed a certificate program in Diversity & Inclusion from Cornell University. Dr. Pierre's commitment to women's empowerment has afforded her opportunities to speak to diverse audiences globally, including the United Nations Women's Empowerment Conference, Global Women's Conference with Abbie Disney and Gloria Steinem, the National Women's Political Caucus, and the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation Annual Legislative Caucus. She currently serves on several local Maryland boards including Vice-Chair of the Maryland Black Caucus Foundation.
