Zina Pierre, Ph.D. is the founding President & CEO of Reyarp Strategies Group, LLC (RSG), a full-service, woman-owned, and MBE-certified company located in the DMV.
For the past 21 years in business, Dr. Pierre has secured a diverse clientele from across the globe and is a well-known bridge-builder and intersectionality strategist fostering alliances between government, corporate, union, and non-profit. Her professional background spans over 36 years in television broadcast, Federal government service, National and local politics, and professional development training. She concluded her Federal career as Special Assistant to the President for Intergovernmental Affairs under President Bill Clinton. Currently serves as Vice President of the Maryland Black Caucus Foundation.
